This maintenance program is designed for customers who use their Tristar at least one time per week on average and can be modified at any time to your individual needs by phoning us and is available for EXL-MG Series (1999-current) and EX20 (1946-1998) models.

Even though you may use your Tri Star without paper bags, most customers find it more hassle free and sanitary to use paper bags and it saves on deterioration of the cloth bag.

The manufacturer suggests replacing your paper bags monthly (Based on once per week usage), your motor filter annually and the after filter every 6 paper bag changing's. If you do not replace these filters at the recommended time, it can cause your Tri Star to overheat and reduce its filtering, airflow and life expectancy. This will hamper its cleaning abilities.
